• Business Data: Company names, GST numbers, PAN details, product catalogs, invoices, payments, and stock records that you enter into InventX.
• Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to improve our service and diagnose issues.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for compatibility and security purposes.

We do not collect payment card details — all payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide, improve, and secure the InventX platform. Specifically:

• Operate and maintain your account and company data
• Send transactional emails (password resets, invoice notifications, alerts)
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries
• Analyse usage patterns to improve features and fix bugs

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on encrypted servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers in secure data centers.
