Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InventX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including company owners, staff members, and viewers.

Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use InventX, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at dhruvangg@gmail.com
• Ensuring all users within your company comply with these Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Business accounts may only be created by individuals authorised to bind the company legally.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use InventX only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or excessively query the platform
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission from InventX
• Violate any applicable GST, financial reporting, or data protection laws

Data Ownership

Your data is yours. All business data you enter into InventX — products, invoices, customers, suppliers, payments — remains your property at all times.

You grant InventX a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never use your business data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or access it except as needed to support you or comply with legal obligations.

Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Data Backup Policy.

Payments & Subscriptions

InventX may offer paid plans with monthly or annual billing. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST where applicable)
• Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase
• Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next billing cycle

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing customers.

Intellectual Property

The InventX name, logo, software, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by InventX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to the Service itself. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

InventX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for maximum uptime (see our Status Page), we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InventX's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InventX in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account from the account settings. InventX may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, though your data remains accessible for export for 30 days.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in English.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of InventX after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
